TAKING A MOMENT

JUNE 29, 2013 – BEAUTIFUL TEARS – When you see ‘tears’, what do you think of? Do you think of words like these: unhappy, sad, depressed, lonely? Tears do not always have to mean that. Infact, tears can be a very beautiful thing. Last night I was on my swing talking to, and worshipping Jesus, and the tears did begin to roll down my face, but they were not out of sadness. They were out of complete surrender. I had a phone conversation earlier with a sweet friend and I was telling her how much I love obedience. We obey the Lord. We walk only on His path. We take our hands off of things, and we know that the only hands moving things in our life is the Lord. I have been praying for over four years that the Lord would move me out of Harper, and I believe with all of my heart that I have been walking on the path of obedience with my Master. So, I am still here, and that’s OK. I love how God is always in control. I love how all things work together for good, no matter what. I have learned to love the tears of obedience. Jesus has kept every single one of our tears! Psalms 56:8 You number my wanderings; put my tears into Your bottle; are they not in Your book? (NKJ)
