JULY 25, 2013 – IT’S YOUR WATER – Do you realize that Jesus ask you to walk on water too; not just Peter? Jesus said one word to Peter, “Come”, and then Peter stepped out of the boat and walked on water! The water that Peter walked on was just between him and Jesus; not the other disciples. The Lord has asked you to walk on your very own water. He has asked this from you – Believe the impossible! Do the impossible! It’s not your spouse’s water, it’s not your children’s water, it’s not your neighbor’s water, and it’s not your church’s water, because we each face those moments in life when Jesus bids – COME – to you; personally, individually. It’s your faith that He is building. It’s your water, that’s just between you and Jesus, and He is asking you to “Come”! Will you believe? Will you trust? Will you step out in faith? Matthew 14:29-31 So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!” And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” (NKJ)
