AUGUST 28, 2013 – PRESSURE COOKER– Do you know what happens when the Lord desires to do some sudden, hard changes in your life? You feel like you are in a pressure cooker! A pressure cooker is an airtight utensil for quick cooking or preserving of foods by means of high-temperature steam under pressure. Sometimes the Lord will heat things up in your life and you can feel the pressure all around you! My advice – Stay in that place! Stay exactly where the Lord has placed you. He is doing something – something that your human eyes cannot see or your human mind even comprehend! Don’t run from the pressure; stay in it. Here’s one definition for cooking: to perform, do, or proceed well. The Lord is cooking you up! Facing this pressure, and staying in it, will enable you to perform what God has planned and it will equip you to proceed well, further down His path!
