NOVEMBER 7, 2013 – MIGHTY WARRIOR – Do you realize that you are a warrior of a king? Not just any king, but the King of Kings! I love learning about the Mighty Men of David. One of them killed 800 men all by himself. Another one fought so hard that his hand became weary and stuck to his sword. And yet another one positioned himself in the middle of a field, defended it, and killed the enemy. Why did these men fight with such passion? They were fighting for their king. They fought with all of their heart, and here’s the coolest thing about these real life stories – The Word Tells Us – “The LORD brought about a great victory that day”. (II Samuel 23:10,12) You are a mighty warrior and no matter what battles you may be facing in your life, fight them head on, with passion and vigor. Don’t run from them. Don’t hide under the covers and act like they don’t exist. Fight! Fight for your King! Here’s the coolest thing about the battle that you are facing – The LORD will bring about a great victory for you!
