NOVEMBER 21, 2013 – DAILY CLEANSING – Do you realize how dirty things can get from day to day? Being a janitor, for this season in my life, I certainly do. This morning I cleaned 14 classrooms and 5 restrooms. Tomorrow morning when I go back to work all of those rooms are going to be dirty again. I have to clean them every single day. We need to allow the Lord to daily cleanse us because we get dirty every single day too. Do you want to know why? Take one hand, place it on your other arm, and squeeze…..that’s why – we live in the flesh! Our flesh gets us dirty but when we daily cleanse ourselves in the presence of the Lord, we are made clean! Every day go before the Lord and you will sparkle! Psalms 24:3-5 Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
