NOVEMBER 25, 2013 – THE EYES OF PERCEPTION – How do you perceive the difficult things in your life right now that you are facing? Yesterday I was having a discussion with a godly man and he told me, “That’s your cross that you have to bear.” I replied, “It’s also a blessing from the Lord because it is molding me and shaping me into the image of Christ. He is making me more like Him, so that He can use me for the glory of His Kingdom. Everything is for His Kingdom!” It’s so important to perceive what is really going on in this life. We have a very short time to walk on this earth, and if we waste our time having a selfish pity-party because of things not going ‘our’ way, then we will miss out on great opportunities – God opportunities – to share Christ in every situation that we are having to walk through. God desires to use you for the glory of His Kingdom! You are where you are for a reason – His reason! 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
