NOVEMBER 30, 2013 – GOD KNEW – Do you realize that you are with your mate, and your mate is with you, because God knew? God knew what He was doing! Today is my 17th anniversary with Leo. I was ‘called’ to Leo in a much different way than the average woman is called to her man. The Lord gave me a vision only three weeks after I met Leo. The Lord showed me Leo, lying in a bed, in a white room with white walls and floors; the only color in the vision was Leo’s brown hair. Leo was very sick and he spoke my name twice. I knew it was God calling me. Some would say – God would never show you that. God only speaks life. God was speaking life! Why do vows say: For better or worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health? Those vows seem to be negative. No, those vows are actually positive, and those vows speak life! God knew what your life needed and God knew what your mate’s life needed. I needed a man that would protect me; that is my greatest need, protection. Leo needed someone to love him and take care of him. At the time we married, he was healthy, but six months later the disease began. God knew! Eccl 4:11-12 Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; but how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken. (NKJ)
