TAKING A MOMENT

DECEMBER 2, 2013 – WHEN LIFE FAILS YOU – What do you do when life fails you? Whenever Krystal was placed on a respirator very unexpectedly, life as I knew it was failing me. As I sat there in the I.C.U. room on May 1, 2011 watching a machine breathe for my daughter, the Lord directed me to – Psalms 73:25-26 Whom have I in heaven but You? And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. My flesh and my heart fail; but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.(NKJ) You see, at that moment, my flesh and my heart were failing me, but in the midst of that moment God, and God alone, was the strength of my heart and He was my portion. He showed up for me that weekend in ways that are unexplainable in human words. That Saturday afternoon, the Lord immediately healed Krystal through the power of prayer. That Saturday night, the Lord brought to pass my butter vision right there in that I.C.U. room. He did not fail me! Know that when life fails you, the Lord will never fail you!
