TAKING A MOMENT

JANURAY 27 – TYPES OF EYES – My question to you is not, “What color are your eyes?” But instead, “What type of eyes are you looking through?”  You are either looking through natural eyes or spiritual eyes. Natural eyes will blind you to the realities that God has planned.1 Corinthians 2:12 “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” Notice it states “comparing spiritual things with spiritual”. An elder once told me, “Who can say ‘God would never do that!’ Just check out The Word of God. God has done some very crazy stuff!” Natural eyes cannot see God’s reality! The Word of God is God’s reality!!!
