FEBRUARY 3 – A MOUTH CLOSER – Here’s an eye-opener, or should I say a ‘Mouth Closer’ – 1 Corinthians 10:10 – “Nor complain, as some of them also complained, and were destroyed by the destroyer.” Have you complained about anything lately? Be Careful. Check out who ‘the destroyer’ is – Exodus 12:23 “For the Lord will pass through to strike the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the Lord will pass over the door and not allow the destroyer to come into your houses to strike you.” Complaining is basically verbal vomiting which comes out of your heart! Complaining Destroys You – Realize That! Be Thankful – Are you not breathing? Is your heart not beating?
