TAKING A MOMENT

APRIL 7 – LITTLE THINGS – Most people are going here, there, and everywhere, but sometimes in life the Lord places you in a particular season where everything seems to stop. Walking through Leo’s illness has placed us in that season. It’s the little things in life that I have come to dearly love. Listening to the birds sing fills me up with joy. Sitting at the ocean’s edge and watching/listening to the waves is so very calming. Looking at the moon and the stars makes me realize the greatness of our God. It is in the quietness of life that the little things become the greatest things! Jesus often speaks to us when we are alone in a quiet place and He speaks great things. Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD your God in your midst, the Mighty One, will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness, he will quiet you with His love, he will rejoice over you with singing.”
