APRIL 16 – MEANINGFUL MESS – Is there really such a thing? Every morning for 2 1/2 years I was the privileged individual that got to clean up after two hundred teenagers. And you thought cleaning up after your couple of kids was a challenge?! Every piece of paper crumbled up on the floor, all the dirt scattered around the floor, and even plastic colored eggs placed in certain places in the restroom…ALL of that mess was meaningful. Why? Because every teenager that walks the hallways of Harper I.S.D. has a heart. A heart this is happy at times and a heart that is sad at times. They didn’t usually mean to make a mess of things – it just happened. Have you ever made a mess of things with Jesus? You probably didn’t mean to. Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, and let us reason together,” says the LORD, “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”(NKJ)
