WAIT – “Wait a second! Wait a minute!” I am sure that we have all heard these words spoken at different times in our lives. What if the Lord said “I want you to wait for years”, what would your response be? Would it be, “Why not now Lord?” Would your heart become harder in those years of waiting, or would your heart become softer and more pliable in the Hands of Almighty God? God is outside of time; outside of our worldly time clock. He knows exactly what He is doing every single moment of our lives. Its in our moments of waiting, in our times of silence, that we can hear the heartbeat of God. Psalms 62:5 My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him. Lamentations 3:25 The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, To the soul who seeks Him.
